Customerization
Cierre's sofa is about comfort and then presentation and can be customized. There are many aspects for a design. It is the team effort, with Stefano as the chief designer, works together on every aspect of the product from the design idea to the materials selection. Thus, it can provide its customers flexibility in sizing, quality and leather colour.
Its leather collection can offer about 7 grades of leather and over 200 colors to the customers. The concept store in Hong Kong currently provides about 5 grades of leather and about 70 colors only.
5-years Warranty
Cierre believes that good after-sales service is very important for the customers, particular they are dealing with the high end furniture items. Customers need quality assurance and information.
A 5-years Warranty of the internal frame structure is available for each Cierre sofa. A special crew from the Customer Service Department in Hong Kong has been set up to provide maintenance and repairing services to the sold products.
